  • Our steam autoclave is in accordance with European Standard of Class B, in line with EN13060 safety test. It has 1-time and 3-time pulsating pre-vacuum technology and drying function.
  • The vacuum degree of our dental autoclave can reach up to -82Kpa, and the dryness of at least 99.8%. In general, this device is suitable for sterilization of wrapped and unwrapped solid load, as well as hollow and porous internal pipe equipment.
  • The LEOPARD series adopted imported super bright blue light digital display, microcomputer intelligent control, automatic fault detection, and code alarm for better performance of the device.
  • With the use of imported Omron waterproof buttons, the keys are durable for thousands of working times. Also, there is an external micro-printer that can be purchased optionally.
  • Sterilization temperature: 121°C, 134°C
  • 4 types of sterilization programs: unwrapped, wrapped, cotton, rubber
  • 3 types of test procedures: water quality test, vacuum degree test, Bowie & Dick test (B&D test)
  • The LEOPARD series steam autoclave is equipped with ATMEGA32A high-speed control chip. This leads to good performance, high accuracy, latest PID control algorithm, as well as effective combination of hardware and software protection measures of the product. This type of control chip ensures reliable operation of equipment with low failure rate of the device.

Application Field

The steam autoclave LEOPARD series is capable of conducting disinfection treatment for surgical instrument, dental appliance, surgical dressing, laboratory glassware, injection device and other autoclavable instruments. It is primarily used in operating theaters, dental rooms, ophthalmology departments and biomedical research institutes.

Our product is in accordance with European Standard for Class B sterilizer, and it realizes thermal vacuum and preliminary drying functions. In general, this device is applicable for solid load and type A hollow load.
